If you’re casual and care about having a full alive feeling world, play on moonguard. Server only affects the guilds you can join and the Auction house. So choose the highest population one with the faction balance towards what you want to play. This will give you the widest selections of guilds to join, and the healthiest auction house, and there are really no negatives. When you are farming Korthia, around world bosses (the world quests ones giving 500 anima) or the assaults, try to group.
